Plot

Brief Description of the Events of the Series

The plot of "The Bridge" begins with a gruesome discovery: a woman's body is found on a bridge connecting Denmark and Sweden, literally consisting of two halves. The upper part belongs to a Swedish politician, and the lower part to a Danish prostitute. Because the crime affects both countries, local detectives have to work together to find the killer.

During the investigation, the heroes of the series find out that the criminal planned his actions in detail in advance. Although he justifies himself with the desire for social justice, in reality he is driven by personal revenge.
